Transit Management Services (RFP)

Description

The Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA) is seeking proposals from qualified transit management firms to oversee the daily operation and management of CATA's public transportation services, including fixed-route, demand response, ADA Paratransit, CATA On Demand, fleet maintenance, facilities, customer service, personnel management, and regulatory compliance.

The contract is anticipated to begin January 1, 2027, with an initial three-year term and two one-year renewal options.​
